SPORT PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Building a training program with a specific goal in mind and aimed for you to reach your peak form for the event or season you are training for. (Your training should not cause you to be injured. Many fitness programs are to accelerated and skip the basics causing burnout or injury.)

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a versatile performance training tool that is an important element in a sports conditioning program. Suspension training positions your body so it works harder against the forces of gravity. It allows for maximum recruitment of muscle fibers and helps with overall strength, joint integrity, and core conditioning to build muscular balance.

 

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE // FOAM ROLLING

An important part for an Athlete's recovery and regeneration. Myofascial Release via Foam Rolling is a great way to improve the quality of your fascia, break-up scarred tissue, prevent injury and relieve pain. (Fascia is the web-like sheath that envelops every muscle, tendon, ligament, nerve, vein and artery of the body. Your strength , flexibility, and fitness performance depend on its health.)

David trained with us for 3 months last summer to get ready for his upcoming basketball tryouts. He came in injured and out of shape. His previous workout regiment  was poorly managed  leading to a lower back injury. He was deconditioned and performed poorly on the court because of pain. After committing to the program for 10 weeks, with focus and hard work he achieved his goal of getting into ideal shape for basketball! David made the team! Oviedo High School State Champion Pitcher, Nicholas Logan, trained with us during the offseason in preparation for his senior year. His goals were to increase his throwing velocity and improve his overall durability. Nicholas put in the hard work and stayed committed to a personalized sports specific training program reaching his peak form going into the season. After having a career year, putting up record stats, winning a state championship and attracting collegiate attention he credits his conditioning program as a major factor leading to a successful, injury-free season!  Congrats Nick!

We operate primarily out of The INFLICTING FITNESS TRAINING CENTER. A Top-Rated Private Training Facility that is located inside the Winter Springs Towncenter. Sometimes training requires outdoor space or indoor basketball courts. We have partnerships with the Oviedo Recreation Center and Central Winds Park for access to alternative training environments.
